Sunseit'n Hiking Trail – Adventure & Culture
Experience the sun-flooded Sunseit'n, translated as "sunny side", and the delightful, family-friendly panoramic hiking trails. The total length of the circuit is 40 km, with most guests exploring the sunny side in stages. History, culture, and pleasure – the Upper Drau Valley is a true treasure trove for holiday makers.
The circuit includes 15 information-stations including interesting facts regarding our region as well as our rich history & culture here in the Upper Drau Valley. Additionally, the stops serve as helpful guideposts along your hike leading through 8 parishes of the region.

Starting from the valley at 600 m above sea-level, various hiking trails lead through forests, lush alpine pastures, and all the way up to the peaks of our surrounding mountains, all the way up to 2,300 m above sea-level. The Upper Drau Valley is an excellent hiking region including many delightful, signposted hiking trails. With plenty of tours to choose from, there is always the perfect hike available to suit your preferences. Whether you enjoy a gentle family hike, or you would like to challenge your partner to a hiking tour to the peak of a mountain!
